ABOUT ME

At a young age Rob was always riding his BMX or skateboard around the block. It was then when he started to develop a love for bikes and skateboards. He became a bike mechanic and rode his mountain bike everyday. But at some point his skateboard became more interesting and he followed his dream for quite some time. Long story short, years later, he found his first mountain bike on the world wide web and couldn’t resist buying it back. Changed his workshop with room for a bike workspace, lots of bikes further down, Swellbow Bikeshop was born. Not your tipical bikeshop, as we only build custom bikes from the 90’s era. We are always on the lookout for classic mountainbikes from the nineties. Finding these beautys in old cellars, shets and other storing possibilities and getting these back out on the tracks and streets is what we love to do. No fully suspensions, 26 inch wheels, 21, 24 or 27 gears max. We can repaint, rebuild with n.o.s parts, or just fix it up.
