RITCHEY ULTRA REPLICA

We found this Ritchey frame on the World Wide Web and it was in a very bad shape. Most of the original paint was gone and it was unrecognizable. But, the frame had no rust, no dents or big scratches, is light and had Ritchey drop outs. So we decided it to bring it back to life.

We gave it a fresh new coat of white, sparkled some gold dust over it, new decals, 6 layer of clearcoat and it was ready for parts. A Shimano LX M570 groupset is installed, new chain and sprocket, new cables and more lovely stuff. This one is ready to shred the streets.

TITANIUM BE ONE

BE ONE TITANIUM

We found this nineties Be ONE titanium frame in Holland and brought it back to our workshop. Frame had already been stripped down from paint and we love the titanium look. Frame is straight but had seen its share of abuse, however still in decent shape.

POSITIVE PATINA

Build up with a Shimano XT M735 groupset, including the rapidfire shifters. Mavic CrossMAX Ceramics wheelset also had to be in there. Super light and fast bike

ROCKY MOUNTAIN FUSION

We found this nineties Rocky Mountain Fusion frame in Germany and just had to have it. We stripped it down and gave it a new Black and White paintjob. New decals were ordered in the USA.

SHRED MATERIAL

We found this 1991 Novara on the worldwide web and we just had to have it. This one is a handbuild frame by Ibis and filed brazed.

CUSTOM RESTO-MOD REBUILD

We were contacted by Patrick who just fell in love with our Klein Attitude rebuild we did. However the frame wasn’t the correct size and he wanted one with an internal cablesystem. He also wanted a resto-mod rebuild, so we used an oldskool frame with 26 inch wheels, but with new and modern parts. Frame was found and stripped for a new powdercoat in a nice apple candy red colour. A modern shimano XTR groupset got in and the build came a long.

GIANT SIMPLE CHOPPER

GIANT ‘SIMPLE’ CHOPPER

We not only work on vintage mountainbikes. Some projects are way to much fun to work on. As is this Giant Simple Cruiser, we rebuild as a chopper bike. The aluminium frame has been stripped from its badly damaged paint and we gave it 6 new layers of matt black. New wheels with 144 spokes and lots of new chrome work has already been fitted to the bike. However, we are still not sure if we keep the ‘Ape-Hanger’ handlebar, or go for the ‘normal Cruiser’ handlebar.

The bike was sold originaly as a beach cruiser back in 2000 when it came on the market. It has cool double top-tubes going all the way from the headset until the rear wheel. And yes, it has absolutely no gears!
